Typical enlightened commentary from the tech-squad. The stupid user problem mostly persists because management has failed to adequately "Educate" the constituency. Stupid is more towards ill-informed on the user side with a healthy portion of lazy-assed management on the other. These pathologies combine to form the typical poorly performing network, which has mostly been co-opted by the geeks to blame it on the stupid people while freeing themselves from any blame.
